May the most holy, most sacred, most adorable, most
incomprehensible and ineffable Name of God be forever praised, blessed, loved, adored and
glorified in Heaven, on Earth, and under the Earth by all the creatures of God and by the
Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Amen.

The Holy Face originated... When Veronica knelt in front of Jesus and used her
veil
to wide the Face of Jesus during His Passion. Jesus, His Holy Face left imprint on
her veil.
Her name and legend comes from
the words vera icon "true image"... the veil was called.
Veronica pious act of wiping the Face of Jesus is revered on the sixth station of the
cross.
Jesus said... "The Holy
Face is the very Image of God." |
