Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Brief Life and True Fact

Saint Aloysius was born in a family of wealth.
Saint Aloysius was a son of a famous and a noble family.

His family had high expectations for their son.  His parents wanted their son, Saint Aloysius to be very rich and for him to make a name for himself in the world.

God, God the Father had other plans for Saint Aloysius.

Saint Aloysius made two promises to God the Father:

• Saint Aloysius told God he would never get married.
  
• Saint Aloysius wanted to love God and Our lady alone.

Saint Aloysius was very young when he became a Jesuit.
Saint Aloysius was a very holy person.  He helped the sick.

A true fact...
He once brought home a sick old man and nursed that man in his [Saint Aloysius] own bed at home.  He was very close to Our Blessed Virgin Mother.   Saint Aloysius would pray many hours on his knees before the Eucharist, the Blessed Sacrament.

God took Saint Aloysius young in life into His kingdom.
